I also create murals, sculpture, painting and drawings. Drawing is central to my practice and I embrace wobbly lines, mistakes and sponteneity ; I am interested in vulnerablity and honesty both in the stories I tell and the marks I make. I am fond of bright colours and like to move fast between the very serious, the very silly and the downright mundane. I undertake a wide variety of comissions as well as creating illustrated products, cards, prints and self published zines and comics, these are all available to buy in my Etsy shop I also teach and facilitate workshops in a variety of settings from galleries and festivals to schools and universities. I have a Degree in Fine Art from Newcastle University, a Masters in Illustration: Authorial Practce from Falmouth University and I am an Alumni of the Royal Drawing school’s postgraduate program “ The Drawing Year” . I grew up in south-east London and now live in Hull with my partner and two children.
